Common Issues

Restore Purchases

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Select Restore Purchases.
  3. Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the subscription.

Subscription Access Not Updating

  1. Run Restore Purchases again.
  2. Sign out and sign back in to your Trading Journal account.
  3. Force close and reopen the app.

Cloud Backup and Sync

  1. Open Settings and confirm cloud backup is enabled.
  2. Check that you are signed in to the correct account.
  3. Retry backup/sync with stable network connectivity.

Account and Data

Delete account in-app:

Settings -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account

Before deleting, export your records if you need a local copy.

  • Expected result vs actual result
