Common Issues
Restore Purchases
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the subscription.
Subscription Access Not Updating
- Run Restore Purchases again.
- Sign out and sign back in to your Trading Journal account.
- Force close and reopen the app.
Cloud Backup and Sync
- Open Settings and confirm cloud backup is enabled.
- Check that you are signed in to the correct account.
- Retry backup/sync with stable network connectivity.
Account and Data
Delete account in-app:
Settings -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account
Before deleting, export your records if you need a local copy.

- Device model and OS version

- A clear step-by-step reproduction flow
- Expected result vs actual result
