General Troubleshooting (All Products)
Account Access
- Confirm you are using the same login method you originally used.
- Sign out and sign in again.
- Restart the app or reload the web page.
Billing and Subscription
- Check your App Store / Play Store / payment account for active plans.
- Use Restore Purchases where available in-app.
- If status is still incorrect, contact support with your purchase reference.
Web and API Access
- Confirm your account has the required product access or plan level.
- Regenerate API keys/tokens if authentication fails.
- Verify local system time and network connectivity.
Sync and Data
- Retry sync/backup after confirming stable internet.
- Ensure you are signed into the correct account.
- Export critical records locally before major app updates.
Issue Reports
To help us investigate quickly, include:
- Product name (for example: Trading Journal)
- Platform and version (iOS, Android, Web browser, API client)
- Account email used (if applicable)
- Clear reproduction steps and expected vs actual behavior
- Screenshot, screen recording, or error message/log snippet
