Trading Journal Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Miraix Studio and govern your access to and use of the Trading Journal mobile application (the "App") and related services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
1. Service Description
Trading Journal is a journaling and analytics tool for traders.
The App helps users log trades, review performance, and manage trading records.
The App does not execute trades, hold user funds, or provide brokerage services.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App.
3. Accounts
Some features (such as cloud backup/sync) require account sign-in.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
You may delete your account in-app where supported.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
4.1 Billing Terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to period end.
- You can manage/cancel subscriptions via your App Store/Google Play account settings.
4.2 Free Trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. We do not directly process store refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or services
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure
- Upload malicious or harmful content/code
- Infringe rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Data and Backups
You are responsible for reviewing and exporting your data as needed.
Cloud features depend on network availability and third-party infrastructure.
While we aim to maintain reliable service, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or the absence of data loss.
7. No Financial Advice
The App and its analytics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Miraix Studio or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal/business journaling purposes under these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., Supabase, RevenueCat, Firebase, ad providers, Apple/Google billing). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miraix Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App/subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required for legal/security reasons.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tokyo District Court, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
