If you subscribe, billing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Trades (e.g., symbol, side, date/time, lot size, entry/exit, P/L)
  • Tags, notes, templates, and filter presets
  • Trading account settings (e.g., account name, currency, leverage, risk defaults)
  • Yearly capital values
  • Trade-related images you upload (if used)

1.3 Technical and Device Information

We may also collect technical information, including:

  • Device type and OS version
  • App version and diagnostics
  • Basic analytics events (if enabled)
  • IP/network metadata used by backend services

You can review and update many data fields directly inside the App.

5.2 Data Export

You can export your journal data using the App's CSV export feature.

5.3 Data Deletion

You can:

  • Delete local device data in-app
  • Delete cloud backup data in-app
  • Delete your cloud account in-app (where available)

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 Use of Tracking Technologies

The mobile app may use SDK-level analytics/diagnostic identifiers (rather than browser cookies) to measure app performance and reliability. You can manage permissions/settings where applicable on your device.

Trading Journal is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
