Common Issues
Restore Purchases
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the subscription.
Cloud Backup (Pro)
- Open Settings and go to Backup & Restore -> Cloud Backup.
- Make sure you are signed in and your Pro access is active.
- Try Refresh Cloud Status, then Upload to Cloud or Restore from Cloud.
Pro Access Not Updating
- Run Restore Purchases again.
- Open Current Plan and refresh your status.
- Force close and reopen the app.
Account and Data
Delete account in-app:
Settings -> Account -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account
You must type DELETE to confirm account deletion.
Before deleting, export your backup if you need a local copy.
