Common Issues

Restore Purchases

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Select Restore Purchases.
  3. Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the subscription.

Cloud Backup (Pro)

  1. Open Settings and go to Backup & Restore -> Cloud Backup.
  2. Make sure you are signed in and your Pro access is active.
  3. Try Refresh Cloud Status, then Upload to Cloud or Restore from Cloud.

Pro Access Not Updating

  1. Run Restore Purchases again.
  2. Open Current Plan and refresh your status.
  3. Force close and reopen the app.

Account and Data

Delete account in-app:

Settings -> Account -> Danger Zone -> Delete Account

You must type DELETE to confirm account deletion.

Before deleting, export your backup if you need a local copy.
