If you subscribe, billing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Subscription records (e.g., name, amount, currency, billing cycle, next billing date, status)
  • Installment tracking data (e.g., total payments and completed payments)
  • Categories, notes, reminder preferences, and display settings
  • Local or cloud backup payload data you choose to create/restore

  • Device type and OS version
  • App version and basic diagnostics
  • Analytics events (if analytics is enabled)
  • Advertising/SDK identifiers used by analytics or ad providers (where applicable)

5. Your Rights

5.1 Access and Update

You can review and update many data fields directly inside the App.

5.2 Data Export and Restore

You can export and restore local backup data using the App's backup features.

5.3 Data Deletion

You can:

  • Delete local device data in-app
  • Delete your cloud backup data in-app (where available)
  • Delete your account in-app (where available)

6. Tracking Technologies

The mobile app may use SDK-level identifiers (rather than browser cookies) for analytics, ads, and reliability features where enabled. You can manage permissions/settings where applicable on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Subly is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
